Create an ambience where everyone’s vision and ambition is shared and everyone works together. Any kailasa where the collective integrity becomes reality that kailasa will be successful, that's all!

COLLECTIVE INTEGRITY PROCESS
The ecosystem that you are living in is your Teamily. Teamily = Team (people that you work with) + Family (people that you live with) You will see person in your Teamily will reflect someone in your (pre-adheenvasi) life For eg. Somebody is resembling your boss, father-in-law, sister-in-law. Somebody resembling your subordinate, somebody resembling your employer, boss, resembling your daughter This process Makes Collective Integrity a day-to-day reality in your life. SPH has made tons of people realize and live in Advaita. Relationships are an extension of you. If someone in your teamily is not listening to you, it is because you can’t convince some part of you. WHY TEAMILY? Everybody who is a part of your life is reflection of some part of you If there is somebody who you are not able to complete with there is some part of you with which you are incomplete Completion is not agreeing or disagreeing. Agreeing and disagreeing putting you in powerlessness is incompletion. Space you carry mirrors through every person’s situation in your life. When you complete with your teamily , your body’s internal organs will fall into completion. For e..g : whenever you have a stomach problem, see, you must have been in incompletion with people who are working under you. Bring Completion with them; your stomach will be healed. This process will churn your being to bring Completion with your teamily. Make a list of all the members in your ecosystem

About Lesson

CAUSING OTHERS REALITY PROCESS

  1. Sit and share with your group what you wrote as your new reality. Each member in the group to provide authentic listening, contemplation and visualization for each reality to manifest as reality. 
  2. Now, as each member of the group is sharing, contemplate how you can cause their reality. List down all the things you can do to cause their reality. 
  3. After everyone in the group has finished sharing their reality, write down in detail, how you can cause the reality for each and every member in the group 
  4. Now, share with the group what you have written. For e.g. In a 15 member group, Participant 1 shares how he can cause the reality for participant 2 – 15 into the listening of the group. Participant 2 shares how he can cause the reality of Participant 1, 3-15 etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES RELATED TO SHARING OF YOUR REALITY

  • Each team member to share their reality with the team
  • Each member to provide Authentic Listening and  note down the reality of each other team member

INTRANALYZE ON HOW TO CAUSE OTHERS REALITY

  • For each person in the team, think and pen down what all you can do to cause each person’s teamily
  • How can you cause each team members’ reality with whatever is available with you at this time– time, talent, treasure etc.
  • When you decide to cause others’ reality, Cosmos will cause your reality
  • You will understand in this process

WHY CAUSE OTHERS REALITY?

  • Kundalini Shakti in your brain gets filled
  • From this process, the Kundalini energy of your being will be totally different
  • Now with 1 brian, you are making your life reality. The same brain makes every
  • individual’s reality. Kind of experience in your innermost core
  • With all your authenticity decide, you will cause the reality of every individual.
  • To make you understand the power of Advaita.
  • It is a training to cause your reality from multi-dimension

SHARING HOW YOU CAN CAUSE OTHER PERSON’S REALITY TO THE TEAM

  1. #1 to share how he is going to cause reality of #2, #3… #n
  2. #2 to share how he is going to cause reality of #3, #4, … #n, #1
  3. Enter into the process with all your authenticity. You will see what happens. 
  4. Become a Leader – Life works in a paradoxical way
  5. When you create more business men, you become a top business man. When you make more political leaders, you become a political leader. When you cause others leaders, you become a leader.
